Any administrative and/or nominee and/or secretarial services are provided by EMIKAL NOMINEES LIMITED and EMIKAL SECRETARIAL LIMITED, which are duly authorized as Administrative Service Providers, and relevantly supervised, by the Cyprus Bar Association, with relevant registry numbers 883 and 882, respectively.
